RETURNS
We have a Ten, (10) day no questions asked return policy. Just return the item in the same condition as it was shipped by insured or registered mail within Ten days of receipt for a full refund.
CERTIFICATE OR ENCAPSULATION CONVERSION
Professional Stamp Experts, (PSE), Graded Stamps are available in Graded certificate or encapsulated form: Should you desire conversion to one form to the other this can be done for the fee that PSE charges. $20.00 for Graded certificate to encapsulation and $20 from encapsulated to Graded certificate form. Please note: allow extra time for the conversion subject to PSE’s turnaround time.
PAYMENT
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are accepted. We also accept money orders, cashier’s checks, and personal checks. Orders paid for by personal check or non Unites States Postal Service money orders will be shipped after payment has cleared the issuing institution.
SALES TAX
All purchases shipped to a California address will be charged the required 9.75% California State Sales Tax.
SHIPPING
Free shipping provided to any location within the Continental United States. Shipping by Fed Ex, Certified Mail, or First Class Mail depending on the total value of the order. Should you desire overnight or expedited shipping this can be done for an additional fee. All shipments are covered by our private carrier insurance. Purchases made by credit card, cashier's check, or USPS money order are usually shipped within 24 hours. Shipping on purchases made by personal check or non-USPS money order may be delayed until your check or money order has cleared the issuing institution.
PRIOR SALES
All items offered on JERRYCONNOLLYSTAMPS.com are offered subject to prior sale. In the unlikely event you purchase a stamp that was previously sold or is no longer in inventory, you will be promptly notified and your payment will be refunded.
